The shopping part was fine, honestly. I didn’t really notice much else because the payment options at checkout were what stuck out to me. I wanted to use a different payment method, but it wasn’t available, so I ended up having to use my card. For a site like this, I expected a few more choices. It just made the whole checkout process more frustrating than it needed to be.

I bought these jeans as a gift, and the quality was actually good. The person I gave them to seemed happy with them, so that part was fine. The only thing is the delivery took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Maybe I’m just impatient, but I feel like it could’ve arrived sooner...

Everything showed up just right, really no mixups or issues at all.

Nothing was actually damaged, which I appreciated, but for the price, I guess I expected the unboxing to feel a bit more thoughtful. It made me realize how much those small details affect the overall impression of a brand. Overall, not a bad experience, just one that could’ve felt a little more cared for

I checked them out recently and, overall, I felt like they were clear about what they offer. I didn’t feel totally lost, which I appreciated. I just wish a few of the smaller details were easier to find or explained a bit more simply.

I’ve washed these jeans a few times now, and I’m glad they still fit just right. No weird shrinking or fading so far, which I really appreciate. Happy with them overall.

I used a promo code and it went through without any issues, which was nice. The discount wasn’t huge though, and I was expecting a better deal. I’m careful about what I spend, so I always compare prices before checking out. Still, saving a little is better than paying full price.

Overall, not a bad purchase, but not something I’d call amazing either. I just wish Mott & Bow made this stuff easier to understand instead of making customers do the work themselves.

I like some of the jeans at Mott & Bow. They have good styles. But the stock was annoying. The sizes and colors I wanted were sold out every time I checked. I also couldn’t tell when they’d be back.

I ended up buying a different pair. Mostly because it was available. It wasn’t really the one I wanted. For the price, I expected it to be easier to find my size.

The jeans were exactly as described and the fit was right for me. There’s something about it that just felt easy to wear right away.

I kept adjusting and thinking maybe I just needed to break it in, but the goalposts kept moving, first it was “give it an hour,” then “try it for the day,” and it still didn’t really improve. Not terrible, but definitely not as comfortable as I expected...

Mott & Bow has a solid selection of jeans and everyday basics, and the site was easy enough to browse. I did find something that worked, but the limited colors and fits made me second-guess the whole experience a bit. I wanted to feel like I had more options, and not seeing that chipped away at my trust a little...

Return was super easy, and customer service actually helped. No hassle.

The jeans look good and fit fine, but the washing instructions are way too much. I shouldn’t have to treat a pair of jeans like some delicate museum piece just to keep them from getting ruined. Whoever decided on these care rules made this way more annoying than it needed to be.
